The new Aquapark is great for older kids especially. Great day out now. The rest of the family park is dated, and could do with upgrading

Great time, literally fun for all the family. 2yr old loved the train ride, we the variety of food available and of course bought a few bits & pieces for the house.

Took 3 young children on a July 2025 day as a treat. We were late getting there at 3pm but grabbed a quick lunch and checked what time it closed. We were told it would be open until 4.30 so thinking we had enough time bought a number of tokens between us. Nobody mentioned this beforehand but we then discovered that barely anything was open. At 4pm what was open then closed. When I queried this, I was told that the new manager had phoned and hearing that the place was nearly empty told them to close down early. When I asked to refund the tokens we had been unable to spend, I was told the management had advised them not to do that. I thought that if a service had been paid for the purveyor was obliged to provide it or refund? Anyway - I was very cross and felt ripped off. The children spent some time in the amusement arcade which was open but that really wasn't how we wanted them to spend their time. Staff on site were lovely I should say.

Affectionately known as 'Janner Disney', it's a bit tired and dated looking, but we've enjoyed it over the years. It's always been a way to keep the youngsters entertained whilst you're buying lots of things in Trago that you didn't realise you needed! The train has had a tinsel makeover for Christmas and we did see some reindeer on the platform but we didn't ride it (and there was a big queue), so I don't know if they have added more festive offerings along the track (hopefully they have). On the last occasion that I rode the train, I found the seats incredibly uncomfortable, so please just be aware that you might find the some issue.

There is nothing to do here very derelict and looks abandoned. There is very little staff around and at booths, and they seemed half asleep or high on crack. There is no navigation system and signs that actually help, it is also hard to get tokens that are needed for rides. However almost every ride is closed and the ones that are open are made for about 4 yr olds. All in all a bad day out. (If I could give less than one star I would.)

A great deal of money needs to be spent on the infrastructure and on staff. I have no doubt that Trago suffered during COVID but are there not any funds to help it get going again? Investment is sorely needed all over the adventure site. The shooting range was great and the restaurant okay.

This park easily enjoy by all ages with bumper boats, eagle karts (go-karts on a track), swan boats, trampolines, crazy golf, a bouncy castle and more.

First of all it was a fun day out for the kids. The second good thing is there was plenty of free parking. Unfortunately the place isn't being looked after, everything looked out dated or old and dirty. The was staff nowhere to be seen except for a few places like the go karts. The machine that you get token from were mainly broken and one gave me extra tokens.
