   This place has some really great play areas, it’s a great size however the facilities are not maintained or cleaned properly. This is for the one in New Brighton, the play areas smell old, damp and musky and you can tell it’s not being sanitised or cleaned regularly. The toilets are abhorrent, the smell is so bad! it’s just so annoying and I think because they are so busy, they are neglecting aspects which could make the business even better!

   Took our 18 month old granddaughter yesterday for the first time. She absolutely loved it, loads for her to do and she loved the sensory area. The staff were very friendly but thorough when entering and leaving. Cafe is good, coffee is nice and all in all it was a decent visit. Will definitely be taking her again.

   My experience hosting a party at Bubbles World of Play was profoundly disappointing, disorganized, and ended up costing nearly twice what it should have. I was thoroughly misled regarding the pricing structure, which is the main reason for this negative review. I was explicitly told that the charges for siblings brought by guests would be billed to the parents, not to me, the party host. However, I was charged for every single one, causing a massive and frustrating increase to my final bill. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable, especially when considering that under 3s were also charged the same price as older children. ​Beyond the cost, the event itself was poorly managed. With several parties running simultaneously, the staff were visibly overwhelmed and disorganized. We arrived on time but had to wait to be seated, and there was no practical space provided for party gifts. Service was very slow, with the food taking too long to be brought out. This chaotic atmosphere detracted significantly from the celebration. ​The biggest letdown, and the most disappointing moment, was the handling of the birthday cake. This core moment of the party was completely botched. The cake was brought out with no music, no incentive for anyone to sing "Happy Birthday," and zero fanfare. The staff handling it seemed utterly untrained, and as a result, we didn't even get a decent, celebratory photo with our daughter and the cake. There were Two bigger kids in our booth who were not part of our party ,no one knew where they had come from and they took two of our party bags , leaving 2 less for our guests.They had probably come from the general play but the staff had no interest in checking for the children or making sure everyone leaves with a party bag ,we ended up distributing the rest ourselves ,i have fone 4 birthdays for my kids and this was the most disappointing. It felt rushed and uncared for. ​Overall, what should have been a joyful occasion was stressful and overpriced. If I could re-book, I would have chosen another venue (like Monkey House) in a heartbeat. I absolutely would not recommend Bubbles World of Play for a children's party due to the overwhelming disorganization, slow service, and especially the misleading and excessive charges.

   Really extensive play area for the kids. Split into several different sections to help ensure safety of littler angels. Food is actually really tasty and quite well priced. Plenty of parking, Advise booking a time slot online and you get 2 hours which is plenty!

   Kids of 3,5,10 all loved it, was easy to purchase over the website. Got a text link to assign to a table which was easy. We didn't have food but had drinks and a caramel shortcake which was really nice. Its not a cheap place to take the kids but comparable to any other soft play in the area. Good way to burn 2 hours for sure

   Here is the best soft play! There are 3 areas, 3 and under, 5 and under, and all are very large. The main area is like a maze. never get bored! For the first time my 2 year old son said he didn't want to go home. The pizza we ordered was thin but very tasty. There are surveillance cameras in each play area and lots of staff watching, so you can play safely.

   We booked for a fourth birthday party today for my son. Staff where really warm and welcoming. The three staff overseeing our party; Megan, Alana and Katie where amazing and nothing was too much trouble. It was my little boys first ever birthday party (thanks covid) and you have set a really high bar. Thanks bubbles for an excellent experience. Thank you from Darwin, his friends and family.

   Every time we are in New Brighton we like to book our daughter in here, the under 3 section is perfect for her, lots of activities to keep her interested and encouraged. All staff extremely friendly and approachable, areas well maintained and propper coffee available at the café.

   Absolutely amazing experience at this place from entering upon leaving the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place was soo nice and clean of which this is the first ever play centre that was not over crowded and my children could freely explore all the soft play areas. The sensory experience for my baby was lovely and cosy. Would definately recommend to people!
