   Looked on their website to see if they had what I wanted and took a screenshot. Walked into the store, showed the guy the picture on my phone, picked up something else at the counter, gave him my postcode and paid. Easy transaction, brilliant service and no touch screen tablets to check in with first before waiting for my items. No hassle with parking, easy to get back out on the main road too, despite it being Sunday morning.

   Staff are brilliant and always helpful at Harlow, but god I hate the Toolstation website with a passion. There's so much wrong with it, my two biggest gripes are the truly awful search facility and no means to easily check stock of an item in nearby stores without manually selecting different branches.
