   I visited this Tesco location expecting it to be open until 11:00 PM as stated online and on store signage. However, I arrived at 10:40 PM and the store was already closed. This is misleading and inconvenient, especially for customers relying on the advertised opening hours. If the store needs to close earlier for any reason, the hours should be updated accordingly to avoid confusion and wasted trips. I hope this gets corrected for future customers.

   This place always closes early, and you can never get in and they keep shutting the door so you stand outside like an idiot waiting or trying to get someone’s attention. Staff are rude as they want you to use the self checkout all the time and I have experienced a staff member not talk to me and keep pointing at the self checkout when I wanted to use the kiosk!

   Frequently the "clubcard" prices are not discounted at the till. Assistance lacks courtesy big time, and they do nothing about it when questioned. Very convenient business model, if the customer notice the wrong price they choose to either pay the full price or walk away. If they don't, Tesco just make their profit over the inattentive client. On most countries the law protects the customers and the retailer is obliged to sell the product for the listed price. Unfortunately the law in the UK protects the big businesses rather than the consumer.

   Food on floor by checkout not swept up. Reduced items not covering original barcodes. Security having to help rather than staffers out the back.

   It's a handy store with friendly staff although stock levels are never to be relied upon. The worst part was today when I arrived at bang on 10 I was turned away because they were closed. Despite there being no signs or anything telling a customer that. Just the big sign on the right saying Monday to Friday, 7am to 11pm.

   A great addition to the high street and Elmsleigh center, I'm surprised that no other one was added before. Barely a week old and has a fresh atmosphere with polite staff too. A cash machine is located inside but wasn't operational when I visited. Also worth mentioning thst the self service tills were all cashless, which can be annoying.
