Exactly at the agreed time, Harry called and said the car could be fixed the same day. A few hours later, the car was ready to collect. The price was reasonable and the service was very friendly. A great atmosphere too, everyone is really friendly. His hair looks great, really nice skin fade compared to some places, you get what you pay for and more. Overall super nice people. “Been using this barbers since my eldest child was 1 and a half (now nearly 13) and was terrified due to terrible experience else were, went to gents and never looked back they where/are amazing with him, as well as my other son who is 10 but has been going there since day dot. both my boys refuse to go else where and in all the years have never ever had a bad experience. Excellent hair cuts, amazing friendly staff so welcoming my 10 year old also is a SEN child and they have been nothing but brilliant. I would and still do recommend them to absolutely everyone!”

“Am amazing find hidden away. This is in a food court but it feels like you step into south east Asia when you go inside. The food was very authentic, fresh and I would go far as to say the best dim sum / yum cha I've tried in the UK! So fresh, they make in front. Also there is a bar in the food court with many types of Asian drinks and beers. Small family run stalls in the food court. I saw Chinese, Japanese and Malaysian from memory. “Friendly and helpful staff. Even when there is a long queue, I'm served quickly. Lots of seating downstairs and upstairs and it's cleaned regularly throughout the day. I go for the coffee, which is very nice for a chain. I do hope they bring more variety to the coffee blends though.”

“I visited Primark in Staines today with my friend for some shopping. While trying on a jacket, I accidentally left my bag on the rail and completely forgot about it as we moved to another section of the store. When I realised my bag was missing — with my phone, cards, and money inside — I completely panicked. I went back to the area where I had been, but the bag was gone. I asked a member of staff for help and was directed to Customer Services. That’s when a lovely lady named Tracey approached me and told me she had noticed my bag left unattended and quickly took it to keep it safe before anyone else could approach it. I can’t thank Tracey enough for her kindness and honesty. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my belongings were safe. I feel incredibly lucky that she was there — someone else could easily have taken my bag. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Tracey. You are an amazing person and a great member of staff. Primark is very lucky to have such wonderful, caring employees like you!”

“I live local and have used the shop many times every single time I go there all staff are pleasant , friendly and polite absolutely head and shoulders above the usual misers you meet In Local shops there is a real community spirit feel in Shaunz stores, always greeted with friendly hello and a smile even my 2 sons are not ignored a credit to shopkeepers every and setting the bar as to how a shop should be run I think the last negative reviewer probably misread the pricing labels on coke. My 8 year old is always excited to see what the shop sign is displaying such as Christmas and Easter, he always knows when we are near home as we pass this wonderfully local shop”
