Just after Xmas. Totally busy. Took purchased bike back which had minor issues. Despite the store being hectic with customers. Each member of staff dealt with me patiently and thoroughly, maintaining a professional and polite manner at all times. Bike restored and ready to go. Amazing staff, thank you.
Very bad service I bought 40 pound game for not even the right console then tried to return then gave him my rights he wouldn't even look then said it was a fake when it wasn't HE WAS VERY AROGANT AND RUDE AND VERY SARCASTIC
Do not buy the Syma Z3 Pro Folding Camera Drone. You can not get spare batteries online unless you live in Czech Republic or Slovakia. I took two back within a few days as they were faulty. I informed them about the batteries but they still have them on sale in Bromborough store!!! All credit to the fabulous female staff on customer service who exchanged one and the other gave me a full refund. DO NOT BUY this Syma Z3 Pro Folding Camera Drone!!!
Lovely young lady called Eve, very helpful on the till in here today after I purchased a baby bouncer chair from the baby room at the back of this shop. Definitely need staff in the baby rooms department but Eve was Extremely Helpful on the till on the way out. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me.
Staff are helpful, easy to find things, if something is not on the shelf staff will help to find stock
The best toyshop! Has everything you could need, every toy imaginable, video games, bikes, baby equipment, stickers, cards and wrapping paper, gift vouchers... Good luck getting the kids to leave!
Smyths is an American toy store. It is a very large shop & has a huge variety of all types of toys from stuffed animals up to video games. Well worth a visit & the prices are decent too.
