   Terrible experience and rude staff! Since Google doesn’t allow to answer to the review, I’ll respond here. I asked, I didn’t demand, if you have the package bag, as all other corner shops who works with Vinted provide it for free! And there is absolutely no need to shout at the customers and be rude! Check your reviews, customers are complaining that you speak rudely, probably it’s time to change attitude! Learn how to treat the customers from the lovely shop next door, no need to go too far! They are always polite and welcoming!

   The worst ever , went in to collect a parcel , my experience was shocking , one individual started to be very aggressive and abusive because I leaned lightly, on the counter by the till , his demeanour was very very threatening, albeit I kept my composure and told him that he was very aggressive, unfortunately the lady attending me , who seemed to be his mother , did not say anything. My wife and children buy from this shop on a weekly basis , never again and will tell all our friends about this horrible experience, just reading previous reviews, it seems what happened today is the norm in this place.

   The shop is a revolting-looking disgrace of this small shopping parade. Badly in need of restoration and repair. I hardly ever go in, just to pick up an occasional parcel (which is a useful service). Today I had to hop over oozing puddles of something from the freezers. The shop air smelled really dank, god knows the source of the smell, yuck. Ancient, peeling floor tiles. I could never bring myself to ever buy food here. The much nicer Best-One next door is what the ownership should be aiming for. I am in disbelief that anyone goes into this horrible looking place. The owners / managers seem to have absolutely no pride in presenting a clean, modern shop.

   We bought President cheese,which was 10 days out of date. It had MAGGOTS all over!!!! We brought it back to the shop - The older woman who works there was clearly shocked seeing it and refunded the money straight away. We are in 21st century London!!!! I complained to food and hygene service. Next time I went into the shop just to spy onto their stuff,their Turkish delight had mould all over!!!! Dear Londis,we are watching you,so be careful selling out of date items, as you will get reported again!
