We just stopped here for a quick coffee and it was so good, the espresso is really easy drinking and BIG, if you want a decent sized espresso this is the place to go! “I have eaten a lot of pizza across the whole of London over the last 10 years and Sorrento In is genuinely the best I've had. This is judged on a margherita which in my opinion allows the most important ingredients shine through and Sorrento In's does exactly that. The tomato sauce is next level along with the taste of the dough. Closest I've had to traditional Italian pizza in London - simple as that. I'll be back, obviously!”

“Came in with my boyfriend ordered 2 patties for a quick munch. I am usually intimidated by Caribbean restaurants as customer service isn’t always great. But the lady and the man in the shop running the place were so welcoming and polite and lovely and made us feel comfortable. The patties were gorgeous and hot and decently priced. “Stayed here for 1 night after a day out in London. We arrived at 3pm, and checked in very quickly. They are currently renovating the rooms, but this wasnt reflected upon arrival (high standards etc) We had a free room upgrade to one of their new rooms overlooking the docks. As an IHG member we could of got a late check out but unfortunately we had to be home early. The floor we were on, was very nice and you could tell it had been renovated, it was very appealing. The room itself was very spacious, clean and trendy. The window was like a door and opened wide overlooking the docks, it was really pleasant. Bed was super comfy as were the pillows, the bathroom had an amazing shower and a big mirror. We didn't have an evening meal there but there menu was good and you had the option of room service too. Although close to the nightlife of Camden, the windows were soundproofed from the main hustle and bustle although a bit of noise seeped though... we were provided with ear plugs which was a nice touch (we didn't use them, but I definitely took them home with me!). Slept really well. Had breakfast in the morning which was well attended by staff, they were very helpful. Breakfast was good, there was a good selection of foods and drinks to choose from. Check out was smooth, quick and easy. Highly recommend.”

“We stayed here for 1 night while spending the weekend in London. The hotel is situated just a couple of minutes walk from Blackfriars station, which serves both the circle and district lines, as well as Thameslink, meaning it's easy to get anywhere in London from here. The room was very clean and spacious. You know what you're getting with a Premier Inn. Bed was comfortable and it was pitch black at night time. We heard no noises from other rooms. It was a very quiet night's sleep. TV has a really wide selection of channels and it worked, which is generally a bonus when staying in a hotel. There's usually an issue with the TV everywhere you go. I'm sure we only paid for a standard room but where put into a Premium room, which came with a Nespresso coffee machine. Great for someone like me who loves a morning coffee. The staff in the hotel were incredibly friendly. One name I'd like to mention in particular is Yusuf, who was working around the reception area. He was so polite and friendly and is an absolute asset to the company. I don't know if anyone reads these reviews, but if you do, please pass this on to management. The only downside to this hotel was the price. Working in the travel industry I understand how and why prices can fluctuate, but the cost of this room increased by £50 overnight, and we ended up paying just over £300 for 1 night's stay, which for a Premier Inn seems a bit excessive, despite the location. We didn't try the food at the hotel as we visited to do shopping and try out the famous food markets. However based on the staff, the room and the location i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting London.”

“Thankful for a very decent pizza place local to us. Tried a couple times now and must say, it’s better than most pizza places around us. The two pizzas I ordered (Sriracha smile and Mumbai maddens) were cooked well, had great crusts, clean, never oily and toppings were flavoursome and of good quality - a must try! I went for one thin crust and one original crust. I forgot to take proper pictures before I delved in but will do next time. Their skin on fries were very nice and had a crunch (I know what you’re thinking, it’s only fries but these things matter to some). Most other local pizza places are fast food joints who want to do everything and cannot get a simple pizza right, they are often oily with too much dough and use low quality ingredients. For my next order, I will explore different flavour pizzas from Depot Pizza and try their wings… Ciao…Arrivederci!”

Mainly because parking can be tough on nearby streets at the best of times. There is three self pay counters and four norma staffed counters. A security guard who multi-tasking by queue busting and helping the flow of the store. I even saw him help a customer bag up, top guy. Salim Patel”

Deapite it being a busy night,which was expected, the staff managed the rush perfectly and provided friendly and efficient service. We had tasty arancini and fried camembert. The gorgonzola gnocchi were mouthwatering. Premises had a welcoming atmosphere, and the bathroom was sparkly clean and well maintained. We very much enjoyed and look forward to coming again”
