This is my local store and my go-to supermarket, with loads of options and consistently high-quality products at good prices. The shop is always clean, well laid out, and modern, making it a really pleasant place to shop. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are genuinely friendly. Many times, I’ve experienced instances where the team has gone above and beyond to help, and I always feel like I receive outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this supermarket.

Honestly, this Waitrose in Bayswater smells terrible. Every time I shop there, the strong food odor sticks to my hair and clothes. It’s really unpleasant, especially in the morning. I avoid going there now because of that smell. It would be a much better shopping experience if they could improve the ventilation or fix this issue.

“I’d like to comment about ANDONI , the wine specialist for his exceptional professionalism and knowledge. He is always approachable, professional and clearly take great pride in his work. While he is there, the drinks area is always beautifully presented, well-stocked, and inviting — a reflection of his high standards and dedication. It truly enhances the shopping experience.”

Be warned, they say the carpark attached is a "Waitrose" carpark but it isn't. It's a private company and you're allowed to use the carpark of you spend at least £50 in-store (the highest free-parking with mandatory spend I've ever personally seen attached to a UK main supermarket). If you're under 14 minutes the ticket will let you out at the gate otherwise you'll be charged. Be warned!!...

One of the best waitroses in the area ! Short walk from Royal Oak train station. Also in close proximity the really large and beautiful Paddington library. Waitrose has many read to eat organic and healthy foods especially for vegans and vegetarians !

The Bayswater store is the worst store in Central London. You wouldn't know there was a Manager as the store is such a mess. It is very obvious that Waitrose do not train their staff in customer service. The staff seem incapable of conversing with customers, doing their best to avoid interaction with no conversation or eye contact, just indifference. Customers are treated as an inconvenience with staff enjoying being as unhelpful as possible. The name or even the existence of a store manager is nowhere to be found. The new ScanPayGo which replaced QuickCheck is not fit for purpose asking customers for a "Random" rescan every time it is used. Waitrose clearly does not want customers scanning their shopping as they treat us all like theives. None of the staff are trained to do a rescan just giving customers blank silent stares. Then lengthy waits for someone who has the handset and knows the new system. Totally hopeless like the self service checkouts that ask for Assistance on every item scanned. Sadly Waitrose have gone the same way as John Lewis from the best to the worst.

We have shopped in Waitrose for more than 40 years and John Lewis. Unfortunately it seems that Waitrose are too mean to reopen the washroom in their store and in particular Porchester Road W2. So I have decided NOT to shop there again. So, thanks Waitrose I always had a good word or two to say about you in the past but now this is the final nail in your ⚰coffin.

Disappointing experience. Had issues finding the car park. Once I found the car park, I was bit happy. Then I hear the car park is only free if you spend more than £50 other minimum charge is £5. Well if I knew this before going into the car park or if waitrose was bothered to advertise that on their website then I would have gone to a different waitrose. Why pay for parking... Rather pay that money towards delivery. Anyway once in the car park, the lift area was dirty. Not as easy to find the correct entrance to the store. Shop was nice and tidy. Plenty of Partners on the shop floor. Stock levels wasn't that great. Customer service at the checkout was brilliant.

Pleasant experience with this waitrose. They have a good range of organic products. Very spacious and nice display of products. I hope the one under construction since forever on King’s road will be as spacious and full of organic products as the one in Bayswater so i don’t have to drive all the way from Chelsea!

A complete supermarket near Bayswater and Paddington. They have everything you need for food and some house essentials. The staff are really kind. The prices are a bit higher than at other supermarkets, but the quality is really good. The fishery has several options for fish, the only one in the area. Fresh sushi food is available, and they have a flower stand. Bring your own bags from home, as they only have 50p reusable bags there!
