A brilliant local chemist, very friendly and knowledgably staff, great range of services and very convenient being attached to the GP surgery as well. I'd highly recommend.

The last 3 times I attended, they have appeared almost overwhelmed by demand. Maybe staffing levels, lack of space and organisation. Prescription baskets all over the place, even a 15 minute wait while they tried to find a prescription with the queue increasing. Often in my experience people at front of the queue can be 'ignored' for too long increasing frustration. I have sympathy and suspect they are under quite a bit of pressure and stress but remain cordial.

I recently visited Cohenβs, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and care I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and went out of their way to answer all of my questions, ensuring I felt comfortable with my prescriptions. What sets this pharmacy apart is the personalised attention they give to every customer. They take the time to understand your needs and make thoughtful recommendations that go beyond just filling a prescription. The staff are all true professionals who clearly care about their customers' well-being. The store itself is spotless and well organised, making it easy to find anything you need. Overall, Cohens is a gem in our community. It's rare to find such a combination of excellent customer service, expert knowledge, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for top-notch care and service. Five stars all the way!

The pharmacist (or whoever the chap in the suit is) is just rude! Asked a simple question and met with an abrupt response and an unfriendly look. Clearly has no people skills. I am new to the area and it's the first and last time I will use this pharmacy.

I went into the branch at Station Lane Surgery, Featherstone, at 2pm 15th November to get a prescription. I have used this chemist for over a year, they know me as I'm usually in a wheelchair. Due to it being out of service, I was forced to use a stick. This is extremely painful for me and very obviously so so after waiting for the female chemist for a while after being acknowledged, I had to sit down. She then proceeded to ignore me for 4 different customers that came in behind me. I was in full eye sight of her and she never once acknowledged me. I than got back in line, in extreme pain, and had to wait as it was clear she would continue to ignore me. I am now having to go back home to rest as I am crying in pain. Disgusting treatment of disabled service members

This chemist used to open at 8.30, this has now changed to 9.00, why do the opening times not co-ordinate with the adjacent doctors opening times? you have to trail back to get your medication, so inconvenient, not customer focused and time wasting, I think I will opt for the home delivery service, if everybody did this then it would lead to a reduction in the shop staff. Not very well thought out by Cohens management, better to start work at 8.30 than not at all.

Iβm quite appalled to be honest with the way this pharmacy is run, three of my family members this week have been told none of there medication Isnβt in stock and to come back, and on each return visit itβs still not been present. Weβve had to ring the 111 out of hours services this evening as one of my relatives who is elderly has been without her daily medication for nearly three days, no phone call no nothing to explain what as been going on, as we organised to sort out the medication from another pharmacy someone did come and deliver it to her around 6:30pm. I just find the general running of the pharmacy isnβt on par, itβs a real shame. As it does appear that it would be convenient been right at the side of the surgery, wrong. There just not reliable and nothings ever in stock.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Every time I have been in this pharmacy I have found every member of staff to be either: rude, ignorant, unhelpful or unwilling to help. The chemist is rude and never looks at you and the general staff will not come and serve you promptly, they will finish doing whatever admin job before they come over and they never apologise. Just shocking.
