   Went to out of your dentist on a Sunday over 30mins away from my house. They took my prescription and said they could only cover 1/2 the prescription but the other half would be ready Tuesday (agreed to this as I needed some medication) arrived Tuesday to be told the pharmacist isn’t in and they can’t give me my final medication and to ring 111. So I’m not part way through a course of antibiotics out of hours and unable to get hold of anyone to get another prescription for an excruciating abscess! Do not use!

   Never had any problems with them. Always been friendly and helpful. Sometimes had the "Will take 5 mins" so have a walk round the shop and always been ready on time. Can be busy sometimes, but not really an issue. Always get a text when my medicine is ready. So that's handy.

   Staff always friendly.I get a text to let me know when my prescription is ready, so I'm not calling in several times. It is always ready very quickly after ordering from my GPs. Great to be able to collect my prescription whilst doing my shopping.

   Absolutely shocking service. Went a month back for some meds for IVF, said it would be ready a few days later. Went back and it hadn't even been processed and was sat in a box on the floor. Eventually got then a few days later. Went again this month for the same reason, went Saturday and was told Tuesday (shock no prescription when I went to pick up) was told to come back today (Wednesday) and nothing still. No communication at all to tell me where my medication is. DO NOT USE!!

   I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at Tesco's pharmacy today. I handed in my prescription and was told to return in 20 minutes, which was fine. However, when I came back, I was informed that they couldn’t issue it because it wasn’t dated—despite it having all other details, including a signature. I asked if they could call the dental practice to confirm the date, but a staff member (a young woman with her hair tied back) rudely refused. She continued looking at her screen instead of acknowledging me and repeatedly stated that I had to take it back to be dated. Her dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service was infuriating. A simple explanation and a little effort to help would have made all the difference. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I expect better from a healthcare provider, and unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider using this pharmacy in the future.

   Went to the pharmacy for my free flu jab as my local doctor had said I needed to have it. Filled the form in online to go to tesco hemsworth pharmacy and I was told i can't have it because I'm not on any medication for my diabetes because it's diet controlled. Even though I have my feet checked and I eyes checked because I'm diabetic. The man who should have given me the jab was very rude
