   Waited over an hour for my vaccine and didn't get both flu and COVID as booked. I wasn't informed by the lady who served me there was an issue or there would be a wait. They had an issue with their booking so didn't have any details on file and I had to give my medical history to say why I needed it. Giving two stars because the pharmacist was incredible and one young girl working there was fantastic who I didn't deal with but she was informative and helpful to others waiting. It was my first and last time using this pharmacy.

   Queue for half an hour to then be told they don't have a prescription that was sent to them 3 hours prior by doctors. Leave and then get phone call 5 minutes later to go back as they have suddenly found and downloaded the prescription I had been waiting for. Another 20 minutes wait to finally get the prescription. Wonderful service and such pleasant staff.

   Honestly a 1 star is a push. There will be 7 of them “working” yet it will take 30-60 minutes to get your prescription. If talking and looking slack is their job they are doing amazing

   Waited 50 minutes to get the prescription. Staff looking at you as at unwelcome guest. The girl with the long black hairs should spend more time getting prescriptions ready, than flipping her hairs all the time, acting like a top model.

   This store has no idea what it's doing. Waiting for over 45 minutes after they are looking for a prescription to be told they don't have the items in stock. Very poor..

   Had an absolutely stellar experience with this chemist and its lovely staff. Needed a prescription that we couldn't find anywhere else, and the earliest we could otherwise have had it was next week. Fortunately, came across this chemist (surprisingly, one of the very few, if not the only, late-night chemists around for miles) and they were able to order it for collection the next day. Thank you so much again for your help. You guys rock!

   What a joke. In pain asked for help refuse to help because she was stacking shelfs. Let's hope she gets help when she needs it .never going there again. Joker's. Had to give one star to post. Deserves zero. Very rude woman.

   Your chemist sells medication UNSUITABLE for PREGNANT women, TO PREGNANT WOMEN. Potentially leading to serious harm to the mother or baby. You really need to think about who you employ and who is trained enough to give this advice.
