   This chemist is absolutely useless. I live local and so my prescriptions have often ended up here. Any time they have, I end up stood in there for ridiculous lengths of time. Is there a reason their staff are slower than any others in the world? The last visit they said they couldn't get my prescription and returned it to me so I could go elsewhere. Later, when I tried to fill the prescription at another chemist they told me it hadn't been properly returned on the system. I tried phoning to get it sorted only for them to very obviously let it ring and then pick up and hang up on me. It's now Saturday and guess what, they don't even keep weekend hours. These lot aren't fit for purpose. I'll be 4 days with no treatment now.

   Feels like its closing and the staff act like it too. No customer service, all they do is put warning signs up threatening against people speaking their mind. Perhaps look into why so many customers are frustrated?.

   Every time you go to pick prescriptions up there are long queues and customers waiting ages. Also a few customers kicking off… I don’t understand why it’s taking so long now when it never used to ? I’ve been to other local chemists that don’t seem to have this problem.

   I call the chemist day before picking my prescription up as they need ordering. But after 15 mins ringing it transfers you to head office who cannot help so you have to ring back agian it usually have to call 3 times to speak to chemist. But thur, fri, tue I must have called twenty times. I also rang 5 times on Monday. But it was closed bank holiday but the number was still taking calls not saying closed. I Do not understand why after 15 min it transfers you to head office so you have to call back an go to the back of cue.

   Lacking customer service skills. Didn’t speak to me for more than 5 mins. Not even a ‘we’ll be with you in a moment’. Seemed unwilling to help and spoke to me in a patronising tone, I left annoyed and without what I was looking for. Will not return.

   This is our local pharmacy and are very efficient and obliging.They delIiver our monthly prescriptions but will also deliver anything required in between with minimal notice especially in emergencies.I cannot recommend them highly enough.
