   I got very bad food poisoning after buying food that is refrigerated from this Tesco. And from seeing other reviews it seems perishable food is left out without being refrigerated for some time. It's a shame because the staff are lovely but seem to be mismanaged with regards job priorities when deliveries come in.

   Very unprofessional customer service. The staff members are not helpful at all. It is a shame that this is causing people to have a bad experience at this local Tesco and not want to return. I simply wanted to give the cashier some 5 pence and 10 pence coins that I had collected, but he laughed at me and refused to count them, saying there were other people waiting in the queue and that I should pay with a card. He kept repeating this until I began to feel terrible in front of the other customers. He made me feel ashamed when it would have only taken a few seconds to count the coins. I have never been made to feel this way in a shop before. I hope Tesco cares enough about their costumers and will avoid this from happening and will be helding the person accountable for their behaviour. I am a new local resident, and I was looking forward to doing my regular shopping here, as I was very satisfied with my previous Tesco store in Barnet. I am now expecting a formal explanation from the management of this Tesco, as they should not have refused my cash payment due to the apparent laziness of a staff member. I have the right to pay with cash, even if it is in coins, and they refused my basic legal right as a customer.

   The handling of fresh food in this place needs reporting to the food standards agency as it's a diagrace. Fresh food from the lorry is always left out for at least up to an hour! I came back to grab something an hour after leaving, and the food was still just festering in the crates. Incredibly irresponsible and probably the reason I got severely sick from eating a prawn salad from this tesco. Staff never bother to fill the shelves up, and there is never anyone to help with the self checkout when they don't work, which leaves a backlog of people waiting for one till.

   Delivery lorries regularly park on double yellow lines blocking visibility for drivers and pedestrians during school drop off. Many kids walking up that road to go to the local schools. They have no respect for local residents and safety. I have been emailing their customer service regularly to ask them to solve the issue, but nothing has been done after months.

   Very rude staff I never come back to this store again .. i was waiting for long time I bought too many stuff and a Lady was serving me she had too much stress i think she was end of her shift her name was (Sonia) , and i also gave her my ticket to check she said wait other side i want to serve other people she was shouting to me and wait other side if she can’t be nice with customers she shouldn’t serve people!!! Even she didn’t gave me my receipt i was asking give me my receipt she didn’t care about what I’m saying also she didn’t check my lottery and she said i did check them !!!! she shouldn’t work on tesco !!
