   Absolutely disgusting 27 times today I have rung and rings for ages and then goes on to answering machine. Just plain ignorance that no member of staff can spare time to answer the phone

   I’ve used this pharmacy for a number of years and as the years have gone by the older lady who man’s the counter seems to have got very ignorant. I always make my prescription order by email an call the pharmacy before I go to collect it as I did today. But when getting there like on other occasions the older lady says she has nothing for me and serves other customers behind me even though I’ve been told on the phone that my order is ready. She used to be really nice and patient but now she is just ignorant and not willing to help. This morning I called to see if my order was ready which they stated it was and then when I arrived the lady said she had nothing for me and ignored me for half hour until I said again that it was said to be ready and then another member of staff came and gave me my order. I’m always polite and always say please and thankyou as I believe it goes a long way but that lady has a serious dislike for me for some reason or maybe even many. If it wernt my local pharmacy I’d move to a diffrent 1 as it’s got to the point where I get someone else to go in for me so I don’t have to bite my tongue.

   EVERY TIME I go there is some problem or other with my prescription. Almost an hour today sorting it out, because it got stuck???? Whatever that's supposed to mean to a customer. No apology no nothing for wasting my time. Definitely using another chemist in future

   Usually quite good, but they have just closed within their normal hours with our leaving an answering machine message or a note outside. They are supposed to have my prescription ready but I will now have to go back to the doctor.
