   If you require life saving medication on a regular basis, do not use this pharmacy! The chemist has had difficulty in getting hold of a particular type of insulin for the last few months, the pharmacist assistant explained there was a shortage and to ask my consultant to change the insulin to a different application method, ok done - I have now been waiting for my new insulin approaching two weeks and am being told every day, it’s on order and should arrive tomorrow - tomorrow never comes! I’ve asked to speak to a manager to raise a complaint to be told they are away for a few weeks! Try again tomorrow afternoon, we should have it then! No customer care, no thought of the impact this has on my physical or mental health, just a blameless apology’s (it’s not us it’s Alliance Healthcare not delivering the medication). Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. I will be taking this further with the relevant governing body!

   Absolutely fantastic. Lovely people, so friendly, super helpful. Managed to get some antibiotics from a consultation with the pharmacy Hoi, I honestly can not thank you enough for your care and understanding.

   Your prescription is never ready you have to wait ages even when you phone them up and say is it ready and they say yes when you go it's not.
