   I've been using this pharmacy for over 40 years. From having my Children and now my Grandchildren. It was Craskes in the early days. But has been Medichem now for 20 years. The staff are great. Friendly, and very knowledgeable. They run the pharmacy first Scheme. So for some simple conditions like allergies, conjuctivitus, thrush, nappy rash, cold sores, Fever. They also do a delivery service. Dosset boxes. They are an excellent all round pharmacy. There are 3 branches, Harrogate Rd, opposite Lidl. Chapeltown Rd. Under the Doctors surgery, a little further down from Chapel Allerton Hospital. Devonshire Avenue, Roundhay Leeds 8.

   Over and over again I have asked the staff and management to bottle my many types of tablets I after take as I have server arthritis in my arms and am not able to pop the blister packs,and over and over again I have been reassured it would be done.. once again this morning after picking up some of my prescription the tablets had not been bottled, I'm furious with this chemist that they don't give a dam about there customers,I sometimes even after to travel 3 or 4 times as the medication is not in stock, I would never recommend this chemist to anyone, Absolutely disgusting service.

   I've had excellent service at Medichem, Harrogate Road, Leeds. Prescriptions always on time, text messages to tell me they're ready. And very good, caring service from all staff, as I've had problems with earwax - Ivan is so patient and kind. Highly recommended.

   Such rude and difficult staff. Not willing to accept an electronic copy of a medical exemption card (since the medical card has not been posted yet) just because it has no start date. It’s obvious they have no understanding of the system/rules. Poor communication!! Worse off they tell me to ring 0300 nhs number to get the refund once card has arrived. However helpline advised refunds can be given till 3 months of purchase. They are unreal, never had such experiences with any other pharmacies before. Just ridiculous.i will never use this pharmacy again.

   Rudest pharmacy staff I’ve encountered. The pharmacy manager made inappropriate comments about my prescription and the cost of it for them to order. I changed pharmacy due to the unprofessionalism and attitude of staff.

   Been using this pharmacy for 10+ years. Generally get my prescriptions from here. Occasionally there has been system and/communication issues between surgery and pharmacy but usually been resolved relatively swiftly. Received my flu jab from here this year as they had stock and availability plus flexibility to accommodate me. Was only there five minutes tops!

   I've been using this pharmacy for years now. I've always found them to be very helpful and knowledgable. I've noticed whilst waiting for my prescriptions, that Sarah has a really nice manner especially when looking after older customers. Highly recommended.

   I have used Medichem Pharmacy on Harrogate Road for over 17 years and I have always found the staff very friendly and extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Not only do I get my repeat prescriptions regularly but each year I have my flu injection as it is so much easier than making an appointment at the doctors. Can't quite believe the bad reviews as I have always had excellent service.
