Overall this store is very good. It is well layed out and has a good range of choice. I've always found the staff to be helpful.
Rude and unprofessional "store mangers" Anto and Aysha, It would be good idea never allow those two communicate with customers and never leave them ^in charge" of the store when real managers are away, they can be in charge of warehouse or cleaning. etc but not communicating with customers. I brought back xmas tree in a pot with receipt bought 6 days ago. They refused to accept return although it is long lasting product saying that there some special policies that do not allow they to accept it. When I asked to show me those policies - they refused. I was blamed that I removed the wrap(it never had any wrap" than they were saying that I watered the plant that I never did. I use the store for 10 years buying for my family and business and first time I encounter such attitude and disrespect. I immediately called customer support and filed complain in to the head office. Customer service representative on the phone apologised and explained alternative way of returning the purchase . Next day I returned the tree in other Sainsburys - it took me only 1 minute. For Sainsbury's in general 5 stars For "managers" of Wilton road store - zero
It’s unfair to sell rotten nectarines to customers. When you storing them in the fridge/freezer a week or two to extend their shelf life only makes the problem worse, as shown in the attached picture.
It's a huge Sainsbury, if you're in the area and looking for groceries and other stuff. I was pleasantly surprised by how huge the space was when I walked in, which totally didn't feel like such from the outside. What's really nice was the consideration of an express section, for patrons who were looking for quick grab-and-go items, to not need to walk through the entire store. We got a bottle of water near the entrance, and left.
I think they are in the middle of restocking or renovating? It's a bit of a mess with empty shelves. They sell white creme eggs!! Which are delicious. I didn't think they would be. The goo inside is gooey and sweet, the white chocolate on the outside goes so well. Not such a failed visit!
Not my favourite place but probably the best of the bunch in the area. It has a cold feeling and the staff don't seem very happy. The store looks tired. The shelves are often empty. The layout is bizarre and doesn't follow any logic. I spent loads of time walking in circles looking for things.
This is a very busy Sainsbury's. The shelves were practically bare when we visited. Granted, we visited fairly late, but it was a long time away from closing time. We will likely need to come back in the morning to see if there are any ready made or baked goods. There are a lot of toys here. My 5 year old daughter was particularly interested in looking at all the Pokemon cards.
Lovely store Located 5 minutes from Victoria Station Very clean store Well organise At the front there is a pizza type service where you can buy cook or fresh chilled pizzas £3.50 10inches. 4.50 14inches 3 toppings. Lovely taste Open 7 days a week A ATM is located at the entrance Argos collection store inside too
The largest and the most convenient store in the area! You can get almost everything here. Very well located. They used to have a fresh deli counter with a great selection of carry and other ready meals. Unfortunately it all gone after the renovation, hence the 4 stars. Anyway this is the best local store with a huge car parking in the basement. Now they have Argos on site as well
