   Absolutely shocking service. Despite the staff being very lovely and friendly I’ve had numerous prescriptions that haven’t been given to me due to them not having them and being told to go else where. For me this isn’t an issue however for the older people who would struggle transport wise and their desperate need for the medication it is wrong. I had an antibiotic prescribed to me today which they didn’t have nor sharlston. I then had to go to a pharmacy in sandal for this which could potentially be a lot of stress and annoyance for someone not as able with transport or being supported by someone else - I waited in the pharmacy 30 mins before being told they couldn’t give me the medication I needed. Needs sorting and quick

   Its like reading reviews for another pharmacy entirely looking at past reviews! The staff here are lovely, accommodating, helpful. I've just rung at 5pm and they answered straight away, confirmed that my prescription was there and advised me what time to come pick up my medication. I've never had a problem picking up prescriptions from here. They're sometimes extremely busy but are always professional and never rude or hasty. I'm moving away from the area soon and already dreading having to go to another pharmacy as this one is so convenient and never had any issues with them!

   Booked a flu injection via their website and had a confirmatory email back . However doors were locked, but staff were inside, and a notice on the door said they were closed till 3pm as they were so busy with prescriptions. Repeated phone calls from outside the door and from 3-6pm unanswered. I understood from another potential customer that this had happened to his wife the day previously as well.
