Absolute joke, staff member behind the til ignored what's asked and throws items at customers expecting people to do as they're told without even speaking. Multiple times he has been complained about because of this, I can only put it down to either a sexist or racist thing as he was very nice and had manners for the woman in front of me and immediately gave me attitude when I asked politely for tobacco. AVOID THIS SEXIST/RACIST STORE! I will be advertising this store as such its happened multiple times now and they need to be shown what they're doing is wrong. I have video evidence to support this aswell. I will be speaking with the head office and demand the worker is fired as it wouldn't be acceptable elsewhere!

Tesco, please improve your recruitment and training standards. Too often, staff seem unsure how to assist customers and communicate effectively. When I ask for help finding a product, they appear confused and unable to provide clear information β itβs really frustrating and makes the shopping experience difficult.

Those new barriers at the tills are straight of from handbook of βHow to annoy and alienate your customers quicklyβ. Hence, Iβm moving my shopping to Waitrose nearby where Iβm actually welcomed. Goodbye Tesco! No! You can put my basket away!

All the staff are brilliant and always have been but the bars and screens they have put up Infront of the check outs makes your shopping experience at the end of your shop not a good experience, whoever designed this is making staff and customers experience really poor.

I work at Pertemp, and my team and I shop at Tesco every day. I just wanted to commend Lukas for his exceptional customer service at Tesco. He is always smiling and ready to assist. His excellent customer service, combined with his positive attitude, makes my daily shopping experience truly enjoyable.

Supposed to open at 6am. Staff hadn't even arrived let alone opened up. My train was at 605 so I wasn't able to get what I needed. Surely staff should be arriving earlier? There seemed to be 4 staff all arriving at the same time so looks like arrived at 6 and opening at 6 is the standard. How does that work?

It is convenient for me too go too too get few bits at a later time in eve when it ainβt packed hardly anyone about. I canβt wear a mask so have been avoiding any supermarket since COVID started but went in few days ago as i live nearer too it now & was nervous that someone would say something but they didnβt I saw some1 else without mask thatβs only reason had.courage too go in there due too my anxiety bad like I only go too shop local late at night Cos of that so at least no one said anything as would of set it off & wouldnβt of returned I will not step into a superstore tesco at all since COVID late or not Cos there more likely too have a problem. So kinda glad bout this as can get me smokes cheaper rather than paying more at my old local. Right someone needs too edit the services at this place there is no photo booth, nor is there no salad bar & nor do they cAsh cheques thatβs false information express stores donot have these services

Handy for getting a few bits and bobs you have forgotten on the weekly shop. Can get quite busy at peak times. I would use this store on a Sunday as other supermarkets close early (5pm) but this one is open. Has the basics and usually good prices and British produce. Small bakery section and one self service till.

This is the second time that they have closed before over half an hour before their proclaimed close time! Slightly ridiculous, when knocking through the window to ask for explanation all that was received was some random hand gestures - brilliant customer service, message received! Absolutely laughable.

This store employees MUST get a lot of training on: 1. Proper Communication. 2. Customer interaction. 3. Non robotic working. 4. Answering landline calls and not their personal mobiles while working. 5. Set process for Click & Collect and not asking each other to process orders. The list is endless, so either Tesco should close this store down or improve the staff, as currently its shambles.
