   4 days it seems to take for a prescription to be ready , whilst being told this whilst it's in the ladies hand , we don't open Saturdays so come back Monday! .... Wouldn't mind it was sertaline 50grams ( anti depressant ) just as well I didn't jump off a bridge that weekend ..... Thanks

   Prescriptions not ready even after allowing extra days and then it’s still always a search and if they do finally locate it’s then can you wait 30 mins for it to be dispensed? Didn’t print out, short staffed and the latest was jubilee bank holiday backlog? When my last prescription was not ready I asked for my prescription and walked into another local pharmacy and got it straight away! Staff always polite but suggest you try somewhere else rather accept very poor service.

   The last three times I have been to the chemist the staff have been rude, the medication is never ready on arrival and it's been 30 minutes plus every time, as they only make up prescriptions on seeing the customer even though it's been in the chemist for days. Only yesterday on a Friday the assistant told me on arrival my prescription wouldn't be ready until Monday only before she could not find it, then told me it would it takes take 4 working days which was a very fast response blaming it on me? and further examination it was on the system and has been there for 3 days. Instead of saying this, I was told to give it in earlier which implied this was my fault again. Two years I picked up that prescription the next day until that day. The time before that my prescription had a problem so I phoned my care provider and return to the said chemist I was pulled into a room and told they didn't appreciate me calling my doctor and wasn't happy with my actions, even thou they stated the problem wasn't my doing at all but theirs due to their computer system. I was under the impression the chemist existed a duty of care, not to blame customers for their shortcomings. I will not be returning, hopefully.

   Thankyou very much to Mo in the pharmacy, My prescription hadnt been sent through from my doctors and I wasn't on the records at Outwood Pharmacy but he asked me to find my NHS number and he will find it for me and see where it had been sent, It hadnt been sent over to any pharmacy so he sorted then and there for me and added the pharmacy to my records. Very happy with the service today!
