Rude staff, always lacking stock and security always follows you and acts as though you're going to steal. Terrible experience.
The staff must have been vultures in a past life because if you ask for a bag they come and stand behind you to make sure you enter that bag. But they stand so close it's off putting. Surely the staff had something better to do than harass customers over a £.30 bag. I spend almost £100 a week there. Now I'll take my weekly shop somewhere else. I Won't be treated like a criminal. You either trust me to ring up my items or you pay cashiers to do it again.
How can the isles always be full of boxes no staff at the tills yet nothing on the shelves? the most basic selection of food and a security guard that makes everyone feel like a fellon.
Layout is ok, but lacking variety overall. Prices are slightly more expensive than at a larger Tesco. Evri machine never works if you want to print a label and send a parcel. Staff are indifferent, security guard is not really needed. You can find better prices next door at the mini market for most items.
Store has never opened on time. It states clearly in the window open from 7am to 11pm, I’ve been here since 7 and it has not opened at all. This has happened several times and it is very, very annoying and misleading. Both online and physically is says that the store opens up at 7 but hasn’t for the past few years Please fix this branch
The store is never open at the time,on the front door says from 7 am but is very rare or almost never open this time. All service is very poor and unpolite (management,till service and security guy).I think most of the customer don't have much choice which schops around ,but if u can avoid do is so.
Word of advice please do not use this shop as your chosen collection point - so much hassle. Delivered Monday didn’t get it till Friday. Thanking the man who was working this morning who actually went to the back and looked for my parcel instead of going by what had been booked in on the screen as my name was not showing. I was spoken to very rudely on Wednesday by another man here about the situation which was not appreciated.
I just wanted to correct an incident mentioned in one I’ve the reviews. It’s not the full story. I’m a neighbour of this store and this store had given me no problems and great staff here. @@0o0o0123I, I was there waiting for my parcel when this happened and I saw everything. You didn’t mention that you didn’t bring the faulty item just the package and had no receipt either. Anyone can go to any place saying a product is faulty without any receipt. Arun was a polite manager who said he’s willing to give you a refund if the faulty item was brought to the store. This is why you can’t take the reviews at face value. He’s one of kindest and polite staff I have seen work here like the others.
Customer service is very very horrible. Some people work the place. They never ever give the receipt even though, they didn’t ask. I think their responsibility is they give the receipt their own self. I always shopping at the Morison, Asda, sainsbury and Tesco as well but I see only this store they did not give the receipt. If the customer ask please give me the receipt then they printed it. Maximum time I try to avoid shopping at the store. Only the horrible customer service. I request other people please avoid at this store. Thank you…..
Bought a Tesco finest chicken tikka Masala from here. Warmed it up in the microwave. Took my knife to cut the chicken and I was unable to cut through it. Never experienced anything like this in my life. Came to get a refund and the ‘manager’ Arun without a name badge and toothpaste on his top told me I wasn’t allowed to! Spoke to customer services and they refunded me straight away and could not believe he behaved in this way.
