   I am very unhappy about the self check out system. This morning there was only self service available. When a member of staff was helping me as I was struggling, a supervisor told her she was not to assist. “Customers have to do this for themselves” when I approached to explain my circumstances , I was told they were too busy! As I was leaving I heard a remark about getting out of the right side of the bed! Probably true for both parties I suspect , but to hear a member of staff being bullied in front of a customer in this way is really unacceptable! Antagonising a customer too doesn’t help! Poor show Sainsbury (and poor show Marion, the supervisor concerned )

   24/10/2025 around 18:50 a lazy employee (fair skin and black headscarf) was sat ontop of the till. I've never seen a supermarket employee sitting ontop of the checkout area before. To make things worse, she saw me and my partner pay and demanded we produce a receipt. We told her that we didn't select the option for a printed receipt, but she had obviously seen and heard the payment machine carry out the transaction successfully. What a foolish and unprofessional woman. I'm disgusted by her attitude. Sainsbury's please investigate this matter.

   The customer service staff are lovely; however the till area is severely undermanned, people waiting in a long long queue to pay with cash, buy lottery or tobacco, and if someone needs help/approval at card-only self-checkouts the poor woman is stuck trying to serve the queue until the manager finally notices/lets someone stop stacking or picking to go help at the tills, at which point if god forbid you're in a rush you're already gone

   I have been a customer of Sainsbury's local since it opened, I must say all their staff have great communication skills and always try and help out with any request as best as possible. A very big thank you to Amina who always brightens up my day with her positive and happy personality. She is great at making people smile, thank you for being you!

   never, serve well, never ask for delivery with them. I have had 3 bugs this month and we are only on 07/10. something is always missing and when you call they do not take responsibility saying that it is uber's fault when they are the ones who carry the stock. in the end you end up paying for two uber trips.

   Staff are so polite and helpful. Very convenient mini market has veg fruits and all other groceries. Vast collection of alcohol, bakery and atm . Open early and closes late
