   On 11 June this year, I had a seizure and fell hard on my head while at this Waitrose. The team were amazing, so calm, kind and caring from the moment it happened. They made sure I was safe, stayed with me until help arrived and went above and beyond to look after me. I’m so grateful for their kindness and support. It was a scary moment, but they really made a difference. Thank you to everyone who helped me that day.

   My local Waitrose. The best Waitrose in my opinion. Friendly staffs who remember me and my baby. Wide range of products. Convenient location. Visit at least three times a week. Looking forward to shop more organic options.

   Quite a convenient Waitrose store on London Bridge, maintained very well and stocked up all things. I find the space is a bit crammed and felt claustrophobic especially during peak hours. There’s longer queues unfortunately during the peak times as the store mostly relies on self serving machines than the counter. The store has two coffee machines too, which is a bonus(however mind you - you need to get your own mug if you are wishing to get a free coffee on your loyalty card)
