    The security guard was nice. I always had decent experiences there the product selection is good. The blueberry muffin is a breakfast must. The chips aren’t up to my personal standards but god knows they’re high. Nice !

    Pro: pretty good encounter with the staffs. What prompted me to write this is that today the staff reminded me “the zip” as I was exiting - that I didn’t zip my pants!! I felt embarrassed but then no one reminded me but him. Con: They often close off some self check out counters except the peak times. It can be annoying when there was queue.

    Pretty nice, new, clean-feeling Tesco. There was lots of self check outs so even at busy times you can check out quickly. None of the machines took cash or gave receipts though.

    Convenient location, spacious, good stock levels and prices. I was assisted by their security man who was very helpful. I don't like the store layout of the products. Different to other Express stores.

    Not possible to return any package, they don’t want to receive it, even if it should be possible. Thanks for using fake reasons and excuses and for making me come back 3 times, in the end I had to change shop.

    My review is for the Evri service at this store and the rudeness of the manager. Tesco surely offers this service to get more customers walking into their stores to buy their products because the reality is that there is a lack of Evri service available. It's impossible to get them to accept packages, which I have attempted to drop in their store multiple times. 3 times this week. Last week they also refused to take one of my deliveries from the Evri courier! Today I attempted to drop a parcel which of course was not accepted. The manager literally said to me "talk to the head office, I don't care. We are not under any obligation to collect your Evri parcels". I will for sure be contacting the Head office because they are misleading customers to believe that they do offer a service that they don't.

    Most of the time I visited this shop but today I had very bad experience in this shop. I bought some things and unfortunately I returned this for refund. The staff take time and gave me back refund £1.05 less. Actual amount was £7.75 and he gave me £6:70. When I claimed for my £1.05 he was angry even other staff who was working in the till. No one apologised for their mistake. The wanted to pay me by some loose coins which was top of the till then I denied to take cash because I pain by card. Than they was more unhappy to me. Finally they refund £1.05. And ask them to give my receipt. Actually it wasn’t Tesco Customer Service. Thanks
