I have been using this pharmacy to pick up repeat prescriptions for a while now and they have always been friendly and prompt. It was not long before they got to know me and now quite often I am greeted by name when I walk in. Parking is usually very good there and I have always found a space.

Friendly staff always willing to help, prompt service, my only complaint and it's only a minor 1, the shelves seem a little sparce

Went with my wife for her blood pressure testing. Must say the pharmacist was exceptional. Patient and understanding. Also, after the blood pressure readings were taken, he fielded questions we had regarding lifestyle, diet and exercise. All in all and good, well rounded service.

The service we have received today has been exceptional. The staff went out of their way to find the correct treatment and order in medication for the same day and notified us when delivered.

It’s very hit and miss if they have what’s on your prescription. Last time I was in I was told they didn’t have two items on my prescription. The new young lady told me that they had an alternative and walked away to put it in my prescription. I told her No that I don’t want it because it doesn’t work (much cheaper option for Asthma) and that I was prescribed that named specific medication for a reason. Well it was just like I had personally insulted her with the childish face pulling.

Never in my whole life have I been in a chemist with such poor staff, they are rude an so unhelpful Linda the pharmacist gives out unchecked medication an does nothing but sit in the treatment room eating or on her phone because of this I have had less medication than needed, when I brought this up I was called a liar an she had given me them, the other staff except 1 Zoe who was lovely are disgusting the little one with the short tongue spends all day laughing an talking about people an what they have been getting prescribed, it happened to me she was talking about my husband an didn’t see me, she constantly called me the wrong name despite me going in there every week! I’ve now changed to the well chemist where the staff are how the should be a few Jane in particular is lovely an can’t help enough, an the pharmacist Paula is amazing! Don’t use this chemist unless you want the wrong medication or to be the talk of the chemist

The NHS tells us to go to pharmacists because they can’t cope. And all you get from this place is rudeness, disrespect and having your problems dismissed. When you’re in pain you need help, support and understanding. The staff should be ashamed.

Went to pick-up a prescription and the door was locked. Saw people inside so knocked and waited as it was well within opening hours. A woman came and angrily opened the door and informed me that I couldn’t get my prescription and couldn’t I see the shop was full. Swapped to the Wells pharmacy in Orchard as this Lloyds clearly had some issues. They were helpful when my daughter needed some medication though so guess it’s certain staff.

Possibly the worst pharmacy I have been to. Staff are rude and very unhelpful. They can't find your prescription almost always, which provokes a two-and-fro with the GP who insist they have sent it. Then miraculously the pharmacy finds the script but don't have what you need in stock. Atrocious.

Lloyds are normal pretty good but these last few weeks or months they had been really bad with staff shortage orstaff have left . Try to ring lloyds pharmacy and they either let it ring or the phone line busy. Don't send ur prescription here has some ofthe new staff what are there now are very rude and argumentative with you other yourprescription or they say the doctors have not sent it over . I have had this done on three occasions over my nannas prescription and she has been with lloyds pharmacy for lots of yearand how we're looking for a new pharmacy for her due to this .
