I got 10kg of Pillsbury atta, it was spoilt! They gave me old atta ,There was white thread like things in it and the atta turns black after needing it. Very bad experience. 25 pounds gone to waste

I was sent the wrong item. I have tried contacting them for several days to inform them of the mistake and to request a refund. Unfortunately, I have not had a response at all. Very poor customer service!

I have used their online services several times . GOOD POINTS Good quality products. Delivery on time. Packed well. They phone me if they donβt find the products I was looking for. Unfortunately the BAD POINTS surpass the above mentioned good points. Communication is challenging, but I understand that this is due to a language issue. However the problem with refunding( for the unavailable items)is unforgivable. You always have to chase and they take off few pences off from each product when they refund . This is not a mistake from their part ,it has to be done deliberately for each product.Fraudulence !

Not satisfied at all. 15 days waiting for something. Wrote them an email, no reply. Finally sent them a message on their website and they have replied that they do not have the item in stock and will refund my money. Useless...

Avoid like the plague. A very bad experience, paid a fortune in delivery fees based on the order size and they just canβt seem to get it out the door due to supplier issues. Unwilling to make amends by making a gesture of good will for the delay if you do ever get hold of them. They donβt reply to emails or any of their social media platforms. I only got lucky as they finally rang once yo tell me my order is delayed and as a result got that persons mobile number. Communication was a bit of a challenge too as they didnβt speak English well and I spoke no Hindi which I assume would have been the favourable language. They dont care, I donβt think they even realise the importance of good customer service and importance of good reviews or feedback. They dont appear to be at that level to harness the power of social media and reviews in general. β¦.just avoid is my view!

This is my 3rd order and every time itβs getting better in terms of packing. Also the green leaves or veggies or fresh meat/Fish is so go dam fresh. Very very Happy to order again n again with Shaalis. I dnt have to think twice like other websites whether the order is gonna be fresh, they are indeed unimaginable. Even the groceries are really good. If they dnt have any products available they call and confirm if they can change with brands or viceversa for refund. I am very glad that I found this website and Indian veggies.

Had bad experience on first shopping on 27th July 2021, Item ordered with next day delivery, didn't arrive for over a week. When I contacted them, representative lied, received item eventually after almost 10 days. Made the mistake of ordering again with them on 16th Dec 2021, thinking first bad experience must have been one off. This order not available to view in my account, and 1 item missing, when contacted their support, they said sorry we didn't have that item when we shipped your order, would you like refund? Seriously should this not be automatic process. Do you wait for your customers to check all items and claim for missing items. Wonder how many customers wont check and lose out. Will not be using this company again. Plenty of other online shops to use. AVOID

Never delivered on time and always keep saying some stories to say while delivering late. Even though told them about this issue of vegetables not being fresh they haven't bothered to respond with any action. They substitute items without informing and say a sorry. Never going back again.
