   Do not use the cash machine. I tried to draw 150 out and it some how took my momey last night fuming!!! Ive been calling the express all day to alert staff of the faulty machine and get put to busy tone after acouple rings every time. 2/6/25

   I’m a regular costumer at this store as it’s my local. I most say your evening shift security is rude and your Indian cashier male. I’ve been wanting to do one for some time now but it’s really triggered me this evening. I’m browsing your store isle and I’m constantly watched and it’s very uncomfortable unless I give you a reason or a feeling you should not make people feel intimidated especially your regulars. I got to the self service and he watched me the entire time scan my iteams once I paid he walked away literally why don’t you focus on the other people in your store like you did me walking around looking no he made it he’s business to just watch me and my sister it’s disgusting and comfortable and makes me not want to shop here in future also your cashier watched me I really don’t understand why I hadn’t even got to the pay part yet and he’s like do you want a bag I said of course he made it he’s business to walk over to my till and add a bag like I don’t know how to do that I’ve come here for 6 years and this is how you treat people. Makes innocent people feel like your a thief!!! Find new staff I worked at coffee gardens and come in here every morning to buy fruits breads etc no problem it’s your evening staff that’s a problem

   For more than 3 weeks and after asking several times for it, they don't have boxes of water Highland of 6 Units of 1.5 litres. I feel very disappoint and upset about that. I feel they are doing fun of their customers.

   First of all, Tesco made an agreement with the EIV Trust giving it exclusivity rights over the location, which blocks any other store from opening anywhere in EIV, this allows them to push up prices by up to 20% more than other store I've been to. There is always a lack of items, products are restocked too infrequently leading to shortages. The recent renovations slightly improved the situation. However, it doesn't fix the biggest issue, which is the lack of staff. The current staff who work there are really nice and are doing their best with the situation, but they just need more people. The registers are always empty unless there is a queue as they are all busy trying to put products on the shelves.

   In this branch staffs are stocking shelves at all times and store is quite small so you can imagine the scene. Generally one person is serving so have the patience to wait to be served. There is an ATM machine outside Tesco and almost the only one around this area. Overall good and convenient store to have open until late. Only if it is managed slightly better.
