   Be careful on how and what they charge you for. They charged me £4.99 more for a item called "grocery" when i looked at my receipt. Always check the receipt before leaving and ask for refund if they overcharge for some item! Update: Went there again and guess what, got scammed again! Do you wish me happiness? So rude everytime someone shops. Customer service 0

   Beware . This shop participates in an organised scam charging people twice for their shopping . I paid for my shopping on Friday and got called back to the shop and was told the payment didn’t go through . When I got home I noticed both the payments were approved so I went back and they kept saying the payment was pending and i should wait . I explained it was Easter weekend and the payment will be pending until Tuesday due to bank holiday . They said fine , come back . Went back today and I was told because the payment process day is today they will not refund . There was another man with the same exact problem . His payment process day was the same for both the days yet the manager acted stupid and just refused to refund ! Disgusting !

   Good selection of products, especially the fruit and vegetables outside at the front. They have standard stuff but also some less common items such as oyster mushrooms. Also a good selection of pasta.

   Worst customer service ever! Staff are rude and racist and bully children who go to the shop on their own. My 10 year old autistic daughter was in tears and the female cashier was laughing at her. When I spoke to the manager he did not care and was equally as rude.

   They had limited range of olive oils. Also there long queue and narrow places. Staff should be more polite and help customer's enquiries. Always check price tags carefully before buying.

   Can't say enough about this shop - they have such amazing array of stock at great value. A few times I had to use Google Translate to check out some of the Polish and Romanian foods, but a small price to pay - just a few seconds online :D They really do seem to stock every food under the sun. I can buy stuff here that I just can't get elsewhere.

   Surprisingly large & well layed out supermarket with well stocked products, including international produce from fresh fruits & veg to wine & cheese. Reasonably priced. Helpful & efficient staff.
