Getir used to be amazing, I ordered maybe 5-6 times a week, saved time and hassle. Recently however I’ve been restricted to ordering a minimum basket of £20 even when paying delivery on top, yet my friends and all other accounts I’ve tested can order a minimum of £15. I asked support to be given the self-evidently false statement of the warehouse minimum is £20, yet I just received the exact same order under £20 that I couldn’t order on my account using my friends, same address, same warehouse, even had one of my regular drivers On top of the fact prices are creeping up and minimum for free delivery is now £30, I won’t be using getir while I’m being treated differently than other accounts. Getir have lost a long standing regular customer today!
