   my gran went in a few weeks ago to get something and was inappropriately touched by some 40 ish year old working in sainsburys woodford green at 7pm around 3 weeks ago, was touched 2 times inappropriately on purpose, he was fully aware of what he was doing, shocking how no staff did anything even after she shouted about this. Won’t be returning and not shopping at sainsburys again. Awful place. stupid staff so useless

   Small but convenient Sainsbury’s, perfect for quick shops. It’s close to the station, so really handy if you’re on your way home or catching a train.

   Still not caring about customer safety multiple trip hazards which staff walk past, it just takes a bit of common sense and better work ethics to avoid the attached.Customers safety still a low priority.

   This shop is a joke now, wasn't this bad back few years ago, change in management ruined the store. Old colleagues were very nice funny, used to converse in with the customers. Now it's rubbish, a disgrace. After 2020 I don't know what happened it's rubbish now.

   Almost none to help in shop, always empty trolley in the way, parcels of food, etc. Not a good customer service, nor do they accept cash most of the time. If you can, avoid it, is a hassle and not a pleasant experience!

   Walked in the store the other morning just to hear store manager shouting at other Asian staff in their language.I felt so uncomfortable and walked out. This shop has deteriorated recently and I am not going to shop here no more.

   I order from here quite often from Deliveroo because I have been poorly and cannot always get out. In store is fine but via Deliveroo I find that my delivery has had missing items that I have been charged for on more than once occasion and then I have to go through the hassle of emailing Deliveroo. It can be very annoying, especially when you are feeling physically weak.

   Open at convenient times, but has a member of staff who is quite rude. They'd make a crack about my girlfriends age in the past and have since accused me of jumping the queue. Never have any issues elsewhere so not sure why it's tolerated.
