“Excellent service very punctual on time and very friendly”

“I was served by a young lad who went by the name Izzy. He was extremely helpful and courteous and took his time to assist me in finding screws to fit into a fixture. We went through several different screws and eventually found the perfect ones. However I then stated I didn’t want any fancy branded ones of which he then proceeded to scroll through his system to get me the cheapest best value ones! Finally we opened the box and tested to see if it would fit of which it was perfect. Before paying he then asked me if I wanted a new unopened box of which I said no, it was totally fine. But still, him asking me if I wanted a new box instead was where I was really impressed. Amazing customer service! Will highly recommend going to these guys”

“Very friendly gym. Nice and cheerful staff. Used the Gym for a long time, loved the Body Pump classes and the main gym area. Few machines can be replaced but again you are not paying through the roof to get into a 5 star facility. It is a good gym and a nice bunch of people. Good timings and decently maintained. “I and my Company have used the Woodford Branch of Howdens for the past few years, the other branches were good, but this Branch is excellent. Although we don't visit often and full Kitchen fit outs are rare for us. Sometimes our orders are very small, but we are still treated with respect and feel as valued as regular customers. When we do order full kitchens, every order we have received, has been delivered in full, nothing missing ever ! Even if we just need a bit of advice, there's no better place to visit. “Smashing little local shop! Always got whatever you need in terms of plant and tool hire and priced really competitively. Nic and Kieran always super efficient and a pleasure to do business with. They also are a great place to source velux windows and came in cheaper than internet search. Their delivery drivers are hilarious and go above and beyond. Always busy so helps if you know what you're after!”

He is very patient and caring, instead of just changing the tyres, he also cleaned the rims and identified that the braking disks have been worn. He also explained some knowledge to me which I can never learn from other garages. Best experience, best technician Reece!”

The nurses are polite, really efficient, kind and flexible and were able to come out to the car to vaccinate someone who is normally housebound and was unable to walk and is very frail.
