Iceland’s biggest strength is its wide range of frozen foods — from ready meals and pizzas to vegetables, seafood, desserts and gluten‑free or speciality frozen ranges. Customers often praise the variety and convenience of products you can store and cook whenever need

The chain is known for budget‑friendly prices, value deals and promotions. Many shoppers feel they get more for their money here compared with larger mainstream supermarkets, especially on frozen meals and bulk buys.

I honestly don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Iceland Ilford was so bad, I felt I had to say something. The staff were incredibly rude from the moment I walked in — no greetings, no help, just bad attitudes all around. But the worst part was the night manager today . He was not only unhelpful, but downright rude and dismissive. Honestly, I don’t know how someone like that ends up in charge. He has no people skills whatsoever and shouldn’t be working in customer service, let alone managing a store. I’ve now seen other reviews saying the same thing, so clearly this isn’t just me. Iceland really needs to do something about how this store is being run. It’s unacceptable. I won’t be coming back — and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone

The staff at this store are honestly so rude. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The manager is by far the rudest person I’ve ever come across in a customer-facing role, and I can’t understand how someone like that is even in charge. Even when you approach politely, the staff still act rude, which makes the whole experience so unpleasant. I’ve noticed a lot of other reviews saying the same thing, so clearly this has been going on for a while. ❌❌❌I really hope Iceland looks into this and takes it seriously, because customers deserve better.❌❌❌

Self serve electronic till not working properly...very crowded and not opening customer service tills. The toilet tissue I chos did not have a price. The staff member took it to the back to check. I had to chase after him for a reply. Was told price could not be found. So I had to leave without it. Could a manager not have given me a price? There is a taxi phone at the rear of the store.. unable to access it now as they have installed a gate which sets off an alarm before you can use it. Used to enjoy shopping there but not any more.

Avoid this place. It’s better to go Asda they will never issue a pcn. Look what I had to go through. I will never go there agin. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to challenge the above Penalty Charge Notice. I have been customer with Iceland for over 10years, and I have been paying on pay machine as always, and suddenly you guys have changed and then decided to put a camera on to give ticket. This is completely unfair. There is no much signboards everywhere to say the camera will be there to give you tickets. I will be never going to Austin again. Because the way you guys are treating the customer. I hope you understand my frustration. And cancel this penalty charge notice.

I have many times ordered via uber eats. The barking branch is better. Everything I ordered from the ilford branch bare in mind I've paid around £20 to £30 worth of stuff but only a couple they give without letting me know that they are in stock or not. If it was once far enough but always it becomes a joke. Learn from your other branches please.

Guys please avoid,, My wife did shopping and all i did was pick her up, so drove in and drove out. And i received a ticket.. For 60£, So to make up for the cheap offers, they are giving fine.. come on Iceland, you should just increase your prices, rather then looking for other opportunities, Absolute joke, am guessing this is the first one, as i pick my wife up from there, when she does shopping about 3 times a week, so i have more tickets to come. Its fine, was a customer for life, but will find some were else to shop. Would never go to any Iceland in life again.
