   I needed advice, so rather than phone my GP surgery, who I appreciate are overstretched. And possibly have to wait for an appointment. I phoned Steeton Pharmacy and I was seen within 30 minutes of my phone call. I had a consultation with the very polite and understanding pharmacist/owner, Sachin. As they cover certain criterias, mine was within that, and I was prescribed a certain medication. And it is so refreshing to know, that we have that service in Steeton. The staff are very welcoming and listen to the customer/patient. Thank you Sachin, Anshul and their delightful staff: Martin,Zarah and Jane. Highly recommend this pharmacy Many thanks, Claire

   Just started my first repeat prescription with Steeton as my nominated pharmacy. A little concerned after reading the google reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised when my prescription was there waiting for me, no queue, no fuss and polite staff. Maybe I hit it just right, but that was my experience.

   We moved house and to this pharmacy 18 months ago and every time we go to collect a repeat prescription it’s never there. It’s never ready! Either not issued, not prepared or not checked! This time i wasn’t even on their system so they needed time to contact the surgery. I went in yesterday to collect a prescription that should have been ready weeks ago. Guess what? Not ready! Went back in today and was told to wait because the pharmacist wasn’t in. This was 35 minutes after opening time!! No apology when he did turn up! He just called out to me ‘is it you waiting for me?’ And it’s not the first time the pharmacist is late or absent. - not good enough. Changed my nominated pharmacy now.

   I went to collect medicine from this pharmacy today , as i walk in the lady behind the counter called Clair immediately shouted at me to go and wait outside the store in front of other customers , as i walked out i heard her laugh out loud . I felt Clair was very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful towards me … Terrible & humiliating experience . I feel Clair should not be in the retail trade as this trade requires a warm welcome for all customers & not bullying tack ticks .
