I highly recommend this pharmacy. I accidentally ran out of medication the weekend before Christmas and although I had done an online repeat prescription it hadn’t activated. The pharmacy staff made me up a weeks worth of med’s so that I was covered over Christmas. Forever thankful.
Dedicated, Efficient, Caring staff, nothing is ever too much trouble, I had big confusion with a family members wrong meds, being sent. Even though they are so busy, The pharmacist, took all the pressure from me. Promised to sort it all out. Mr Glover original pharmacist in the 1960's would be proud of them!! Still run like a personal village chemist shop. Thank you all.
Visited for my COVID jab,very helpful just feel that you have to go miles out of your way for be it flu,or COVID jab just getting ridiculous when there is a surgery and pharmacy just doors away from my home.
Great pharmacy, on the last two occasions this year I’ve needed antibiotics they’ve been happy to help on the same day without a Drs appointment, just a consultation with the chemist.
Since the abrupt closing of the chemist at the Slisden Medical Practice it has been necessary to obtain my partner's father's prescription from the main street pharmacy. As he is house bound it is important that the prescriptions are delivered to the house. Most of this was done seamlessly. Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding by SMP one item was not included in the changeover. This was not notice, by us, until he had run out of the very important tablets. After a quick phone call to the pharmacy they quickly made up the prescription for collection,we collected that one, at the same time while we were there, the chemist made the necessary arrangements for the repeat order to be delivered in future. Thank you for your understanding and quick response, which was to us very important.
They doing all the best to serve quick and they are good in that.
