   I note the plenty of zero stars reviews. I only joined them recently, so maybe they've improved things since the bad reviews, but personally have had mainly good experiences. Their systems aren't perfect (e.g. gave me only two of three packages recently, which lead me to query why GP hadn't prescribed what they said they would, but they had), but they seem to be working hard and are polite when dealing with customers. I left the HBS Pharmacy attached to Silsden GP Practice due to their incompetence and rudeness (GPhC complaint being prepared), and Cohen's seem far superior so far. I hope Cohen's maintains their standards and will seek to improve their sometimes flawed processes. Will give 5th star if I see signs of improvement.

   These guys are usually great, I have had the odd hiccup but it has been dealt with quickly and I found they've always been extremely helpful. I've also witnessed staff being on the receiving end of some awful abuse because of mistakes, sometimes ones they haven't even made, and have only ever seen them handle this in a professional manner.

   They now have an app so don't have to phone in for any repeat meds anymore, yay! Things seem to be more organised lately hence 4stars. Would have been 5 if they would send 'all' of my meds each month I.e. No Paracetamol again!

   Becoming a joke now. Says open till 11 on the website and even the gp has said its open till 11pm however everytime ive tried to go after 8pm theyre never open. 4th time in the past two weeks now, i work 7am-9pm so how am i supposed to get meds when its closed way earliee than it should be.

   Absolutely shocking place spent seven hours to actually get a prescription and was sent here as supposed to be open but lo and behold as all the others say the information is wrong ridiculous. Don’t bother with this joke of a pharmacy go to H B S Pharmacy Within Silsden Group Practice it was open and the staff were extremely helpful.

   Managed to get through to a Dr via 111 who prescribed me antibiotics. He advised me that Cohen's at Crosshills were open until 20:00 and prescription sent there. 18:30 and they are shut. Sign outside says 20:00 as does their website.

   The staff here try to help but they just couldn’t find the emails from my private GP. It doesn’t help that they have so many email addresses for Cohens for the GP to keep trying (like they have nothing else to do). The only thing Cohens managed to dispense was a prescription from 2 months previously (which I no longer needed) which they also said they couldn’t receive at the time. I end up having to bother a very busy GP to send to another email address (at Cohens) and in the end contacting the GP yet again to send to a completely different chemist (of course, with only 1 email address) who gets it immediately! Of course I have nothing better to do but drive about and call the GP over and over again for a simple prescription (that I am told I need urgently). I have given up with Cohens now and would not recommend if your physician is using email to send prescriptions.

   Would leave zero stars had there been an option! Had to ring 111 a week ago because they hadn't arranged delivery of my severely epileptic daughters meds. Only had one bottle left to give me, said would deliver the rest... No meds delivered, google states they're open when they're not! Sign in chemist is lit up as open! It's not! & now I will have to ring 111 again because she has run out!.... They should be closed down! What a shame Bassets was forced to shut down due to them! They provided a better service with their eyes closed
