Really enjoyed the customer service in the produce isle! Had a lovely encounter with a staff member named Nayeem. He ensured I was able to find everything I was looking for, and given I was in a rush I could not have been more grateful!
Such an amazing Tesco! The best security guard — always smiling, kind and attentive. The store is clean, easy to navigate, with fresh products and great discounts. All the staff are friendly, helpful and always smiling. I’ve never been to a Tesco this nice before!
Customer service is very poor. Wanted to exchange an item but had lost the receipt. Wouldn’t let me do it. Thanks tesco - so nice how you treat your loyal customers! And the sour-faced woman on the customer service desk was an absolute delight to top it off!
Shocking customer service, I was over charged on an item I bought went back into the store spoke to customer service who asked a colleague to check, I saw 3 of them walk over take away the big pos stand there chatting for 3 minutes all the time customer service served 4 customers, then when one man did come back he commented that I will get my money back, I should think so too, he said it like he was doing me a favour, then customer service said she put the money back on my card, that was days ago and still no money, it's only £3.79 but it's the principle of it. Then you can't call the store you get automated messages and not one of the 9 options are to complain. Absolutely terrible customer care. I live 23 miles from the store and very unlikely to visit again for my refund. Will go to alternative supermarkets from now on

Best Tesco for bargains and deals. Lots of discounts on good quality items.
It's not a Superstore. Bigger than an Express store. Stock most basic items. Friendly staff who were very helpful.

The reason I'm giving a review is not so much for the store itself, but the staff. There are two men working there, both called Ray, who give an amazing service. They are always very friendly. There is also another very nice man working there, but I'm unaware of his name. Great service given by them all.
Not a big store compared to other stores. But they have everything you need. Separate section for meal deal which near the entry, no need of walking around looking for drink and crisps. Free 3 hours parking with free 4 X EV charger which is always available.
