   My partner has just come home from this store absolutely fuming as the security guard in the shop came up behind him in the shop, grabbed the bottle of beer he was about to purchase and accused him of being a shop lifter! Is this the way you treat all your customers or was it because as the security guard said he had a cap on and he is black and looked like a shop lifter! This is absolutely disgraceful treatment of any customer. My partner is 61 years of age, we both work all our adult carers in retail and this treatment of a customer is unacceptable. We will be taking this further and will be seeking legal advice

   I’ve been to this store yesterday around 10:30 , greatly impressed by the service lady provided on tills named jhansi . She gives great customer service with a big welcoming smile . Really impressed .

   Ana, she works as a Manager in this store, she is so unprofessional, rude, full of self. She lacks common sense. She should be trained regarding company policies and ethics. Really disappointed with her attitude and behaviour today. This store is becoming like market place now.

   This sainsbury is my local and I go there quite frequently. However on Tuesday morning around 7:20am the blonde elderly woman with glasses behind the till was very rude. I was on the self checkout and got a drink that needed to be approved. Once she was finished with her customer i asked her nicely if she could come over. She rolled her eyes got up and slammed the door. Also she uttered something underneath her breath. She then comes over pressing the buttons aggressively in front of me. This is disgusting customer service. She was speaking kindly to the other customers to me however she was very rude I did feel a negative energy towards myself it did feel like it was because of my skin colour. Someone from higher up should investigate her as I felt extremely hurt and uncomfortable with her behaviour and customer service.

   Small car park to the side, enough for 8 cars. The turn around is very fast here, so people tend to pop in and go. Cash point outside. Convenient and fast with auto serve checkout

   Been here twice and never again!! First time staff had no clue about a product I was asking, despite Sainsbury’s being the only dealer for this particular product. Was sent away without even a recommendation where the nearest other store would be. Second time today. Sunday the 19th of January. Working time till 11pm, but no... was here at 10:50pm to buy the product I mentioned previously but the store was shut and one man was wondering inside in civil clothing, which means that they have closed much earlier before I have arrived. Pathetic! If you are having a scheduled working time, then keep it!!! That’s not a market stall!
