They don't answer the phone! I have mobility issues and can't get into the pharmacy easily, so I need to be able to speak to them on the phone to order medication. On a positive note, I have found that when you finally get through to them, they are very helpful.
I was in here the other day and there was a lovely worker called Ash he was very helpful and very informative kept me nattering away and lost track of time. Great staff.
