    disgusting place, hate it every time I need to be on that site delivering. Despite asking politely it still taking them 2 hours to unload 1, literally 1 pallet. zero stars would be too much here.

    Half an hour queuing to get through the gate , then 1 hrs 45 sat in drivers room while being tipped , seats are not the best and the toilet was real minging

    The chap who answered the intercom needs retraining on how to speak politely to inbound drivers and not just assume that we have all been here before! Lucky the yard has good road signs to follow. Drivers are "NOT ALLOWED" to stay in their cab whilst being unloaded. A drivers waiting room is provided - 30p for hot drinks. No a/c and all the windows are bolted closed. Arrived at 13:00 on a bay by 14:30. Unloading times vary drastically 1 to 3 hours.

    Joke place to deliver. 1 forklift driver with 10 trucks to tip.n when it's your turn..just going 4 a break m8.waiting time over 3 hours .
