I bought some bocadillos de guayaba that turned hard just a few weeks later, even though the expiration date was still two months away. I returned to the shop with the unopened package. The staff member asked for the receipt (which I understand) but since I had purchased the item weeks earlier and I only bought packaged food (lesson learnt!!), I no longer had it. He refused to offer any replacement or assistance. I ended up leaving the product on the shop counter, even though I had paid for it. Very disappointing experience.
