After having a terrible experience during the transition from Lloyds to the new owners I was passed to a lady called Ream/Reem. This made me think of the song "things can only get better" by D:Ream which seemed appropriate, and turned out to be totally wrong, and things did in fact get worse. I was promised ownership of the issue with my prescription and a call back two days later. Neither of these happened. I contacted the pharmacy to be told that my case had been passed to someone else behind the counter and that I needed to explain the whole situation from scratch. In the end I had to waste a GP appointment for them to issue an alternative prescription due to pharmacy error. This was my first and last experience with the owners new venture (Same owners as Oakwood pharmacy around the corner) and would advise others to go to a more reputable pharmacy.

Favorite trick is to tell everybody where you live by confirming your address out loud - GDPR obviously doesn't apply to them !!! Second favourite trick is to not give you all your prescription after making you wait 10-15min so you have to make 2 trips. ***REPEAT OFFENDERS BEWARE***

Went into pharmacy today as they had short changed my prescription only to be told that I had to ring Doctor and get a new prescription. They told me that I never ordered that medication although I received two packets instead of the four I should have had. Very unhelpful.

My go to when need something from chemists. Very chatty and friendly staff. Sometimes they don't read your prescription properly (I'm not allowed a certain brand of meds) but they don't complain when u correct them about it.

Thank you so much for your help today. Managing someone with dementia can be difficult but you brought my mum's prescription to the car so i knew she was safe. Thanks again.
