   The store is very useful, staff friendly and helpful. Always willing to help, bakery lets you know when things will be ready and often bring through baked items as they become available. Staff a remarkably cheerful considering how busy they can be. They deal well with the diversity of staff well and manage the issues they face effectively. Don’t use parcel collection services so can’t comment. But overall the store provides day to day provisions in an effective and friendly manner.

   I’d like to leave a special thank you for Rubaya at Tesco. She’s always smiling, kind, and genuinely cares about customers. Every time I visit, she greets me warmly and makes the atmosphere so positive. Tesco is lucky to have such a wonderful person on their team!

   First of all, I am someone who always shops at Tesco. Today I went to buy milk as a box. The staff treated me rudely and said something in their own language. I called the security and they did the same to the security. Tesco is a global brand, but it is a great shame that such staff work at Tesco.

   As a regular shopper at the Tesco Express on 8-9 Salisbury Promenade Green Lanes Greater London London N8 0RX for several years, I've recently become very concerned about a recurring problem with overcharging.

To make things even more difficult, the receipt printer has been "not working" for years. This persistent problem makes it impossible for customers to verify transactions and hold the store accountable for these errors. On top of that, some of the contactless payment machines are poorly placed as if to make it difficult for customers to see the amount they are being charged.

These operational issues are simply not acceptable for a major retailer. I urge Tesco to take immediate action to resolve the overcharging issues and ensure customers can consistently receive a receipt for their purchases.

   If your Evri printer isn't working, de-list yourself from Evri or at least put a sign up. I had a long walk with a heavy package and then had to walk to the next parcel shop.

   So extortionately expensive. Chaotic. Messy. Poor quality. Avoid. Go to one of the much, much better shops on green lanes for better choice, better prices and better quality.

   I can tell that a new store manager is doing a great job. I saw him so many times packing the shelves himself. The shopfloor looks full of stock and clean. Used to be pretty bad.

   Zero. Product supply, organisation, cleanliness. Not very serious. I totally understand that a low salary doesn't really make you want to excel, but still.... This Tesco is a disaster. Especially when you get Evri parcels. Every time they never find my parcels (but it's never their fault), and after 20 min of insistence, I finally ask to look for it myself, and.... I find my parcel. There is always a 20 minute wait to get a parcel, and above all, make sure you apologise to get your purchases. But don't ask for a smile, that would be too much. Today I couldn't pick up my parcel either, so I'm sitting on the price of my baby's shoes. I leave this comment to strongly advise against having your packages delivered to this place. Good luck !

   Not a great service from the guy who deals with the parcels. Keeps moaning. Last time He told me to come back the day after as they still waiting for my parcel and its hermes fault, after i have told him to double check because he did not check the bottom od the cage he suprisly found it. Today the same guy saying he is charging the machine and to come back tomorrow. This happened twice already. I dont think its hard to plug it into the charger overnight so its ready for the service.this is what we do at my workplace

   Lovely staff. Just a tesco express . The main difference with this one is they have an extensive alcohol selection. Atm outside aswell
