   Caught the staff for the 5th time trying to tap me up for money, 1st and second time let it slide thinking better of them, 3rd time said I will go home and check before repaying, fourth time said I will pay now but come back for equivalent goods and did, 5th time apparently scratch cards I bought for staff was not paid for, how did I get away from the till, quami slammed his boss I called his supervisor out and he got quami out, supervisor said nothing to do with me, quami said you bought food and cards and didnt pay, again how did I get out the shop. Address your staff, trying to rob people in your shop.the 3rd time was your manager saying I must of scanned the beers as I walked out, your tills do weight, your scanner does one barcode Address your staff, your tills do weight as well so your manager getting someone chasing me out was unwanted. As it turned out I had to come back with e,banking proof. What a joke for Tescos staff robbing customers.... How many times has bullsmoor lane done this to customers. Management dont do nothing?? Tesco should look into this. Before the financial conduct authority.

   I attended tesco this morning and was abused verbally and felt threatened by an employee by no fault of my own. I can not even find an email address for complaints.

   Don't really use the tesco Express much but when I do. Experience is amazing as they employed matured individuals that know what customer service is about. Always use pump service

   The worst customer service you can possibly expect! They closed the forecourt after me waiting for 10 mins for a pump - mid-day! The manager just rude!

   Security and staff just watched a female customer be set upon by 2 guys and they done nothing. She stood her ground I'll say. Customers aren't safe in this garage.

   It feels like manager dislikes doing his job, everytime you go to drop off parcel for hermes collection and if its after they have collected. They will say machine is not working even though I can see it working and I have been dropping of the parcel for past 2 years i never had any issue with another shop. The manager does not have a sense of care or a thoughtfulness. Just want to cause inconvenience so they dont have to keep parcel for which the tesco is paid for anyway. Utterly disappointed

   The new members of staff are very welcoming. There are normally fuel stations that are out of service so it backs up the traffic from the four Court onto the main road. As they also sell food for the convenience of the local people, they should have more of a vegetarian option available. And also Really should not sell alcohol. As this can encourage drink driving. Maybe they should give out questionnaires to the local community or visitors and see what they would like to see more of in the store.
