No stars at all, i justhad to clickon1 to post this. Worst chemist in Barnsley, They got offended cos I was right about something n proved i was too
Abysmal! Left elderly relative without regular medication. When I rang to see where it was, they said "what can we do, we have no prescription". I requested that they speak to GP ( next door), to be told the GPs never answer the phone!! I said your next door!! The pharmacy assistant was totally unhelpful, abrupt and lazy ( probably due to fact they were closing in one hour). I sorted out the prescription with GP who sent it to chemist only to be told we cannot put it in a Nomad tray because we're closing soon . I was given the meds all in separate boxes which was totally unsuitable for a partially sighted elderly person. I am unapologetic that I said to the pharmacy assistant, she needs to learn manners and stop talking over people. Unfortunately this fell on deaf ears. One day you will be old yourself and I hope you don't meet someone with your attitude. Total lack of compassion.
Brilliant service, really friendly staff whobwent over and above to help me source creon tablets for my father in law. These are in vrry limited supply and the staff were great and found everything we needed. Would certainly recommend them and will be using them all the time now.
The young sales lady’s were polite and helpful. But the older lady was quite rude and talked down to me. I am 78 years old and suffer from cancer and I resent being chastised because I had to sit down and didn’t stand at the counter to be served. It won’t happen again as I will be changing chemists for my future prescriptions
Absolutely lovely set of ladies, caz was so helpful to my 14 year old daughter with getting her numbing cream sorted with doctors as I couldn't make it :) thank you
I couldn’t be more happier with the service and due to been unwell the deliver . There very approachable and understanding , why they have so little reviews is beyond me
My experience with Elliotts pharmacy been with them 4 years delivered prescription the same day as ordered or following day if I have phoned them its to tell them to deliver when I am at home . Never a problem I have been in to see a Doctor he sends them prescription I go into pharmacy longest wait 10 minutes. The staff are friendly cheerful & helpful So I cannot understand their star rating
Used them for years, they used to deliver but since my husband retired he collects our medication. Caroline is brilliant, always sorted if there has been a problem. The odd glitch has soon been resolved quickly.
Staff very friendly and professional. Very accommodating with my mums nomad when I was struggling to sort this at her previous pharmacy! Always obliging whenever I call in to collect.
Always polite, and helpful. Though they have made the odd mistake while I've been with them (so have all previous pharmacies I have ever used), they have always been quick to correct them. The medical centre is a large practice and the pharmacy is consequently very busy (as anyone who ventures inside can plainly see). I genuinely believe that the negative reviews are unwarranted (though I fully accept that problems with prescriptions can be extremely stressful). Though, closely tied to the medical centre (which it is obviously intended to serve), and off any regular shopping streets, I am happy to recommend this pharmacy highly.
