Delicious Wagyu and truffle. My second order from F&W and it’s going to be my go to site for our gastronomic treats!
I ordered the charcuterie for Christmas and also a black truffle. The charcuterie items were fantastic, and the truffle was a little bland in taste. When the F&W team read that we our truffle was 'less than perfect' they immediately sent a replacement, as a goodwill gesture. Totally unprompted. Super impressed, and in that action, they have won a loyal and supportive customer. I would highly recommend.
I placed an order for Christmas delivery including a Cour D'Armoise chicken. It was due to be delivered by DPD on 23rd. DPD sent a false delivery confirmation with a photo of the box in the back of one of their vans. I called DPD who told me they would track the parcel and get straight back to me (I haven't heard from them since). I also contacted Fine & Wild who were incredibly helpful by contrast. Emanuel reassured me that this sometimes happens with DPD and thought the package would be delivered later, but he also had a solution if it didn't arrive by 4pm. They had run out of the chickens, so he replaced this with an amazing capon from Landes and all the items from the original order. The quality of the produce has always been outstanding and I feel that they went over and above in terms of customer service. Thank you!
Ordered 700 grams of their A5 Wagyu for Christmas dinner coming up. Bought more than needed as I'd never cooked A5 before so was a bit nervous. Took about 200g off it as a tester. Both my dad and I agree it was absolutely stunning. More than happy and will definitely be ordering again.
Ordered wagyu from here several times without too many problems. They sent out 300g less one time, but quickly fixed it by sending it the next day after a quick call.
I was really scared of this place,because I wasn't sure if it's genuine and to be honest it's hard to find places in UK where u could order wagyu beef, but I took a risk and couldn't be more happy! Delivered very quickly,had a small issue,but they resolved very quickly and responded my email within couple hours, really excited I found this company,definitely going to order in the near future!

Have bought Wagyu and gambero rossa before both were of exception quality! And delivery was fast and packaging was professional. I couldn’t decide between some products and the owner was very patient and helpful. A great shop to treat yourself and loved ones to the finest ingredients!
I highly recommend Fine & Wild, we ordered some white truffles and both the truffles and the service were outstanding! Getting the real deal isn’t easy; and sometimes you need to tackle dealing with a very rare product, after a chat with the owner we were set back on the right path and the outcome was one of the most spectacular evenings, we even had enough truffle to cover Eggs for breakfast! If you want the genuine real deal, these guys are the place to go. Thank you for the memories and we will be back soon. Ben and crew
