The shop is fine, the Asda app is terrible, since it was updated I have had nothing but problems with ordering, this process used to be so easy, now it frustrating and a waste of time, half the time it wont accept the card payment, and this week I tried twice to have my shopping delivered, even got as far as approving the payment on my bank app, for it then to say error and then delete everything in my trolley, I have contacted you on different occasions to say there is a problem with your app and still nothing has been done to change that, one way of losing customers.

Yesterday I popped into the store to get a few bits but was met with the rudest cashier I think I've ever spoken to. Avoid this store if you have the option not very friendly

2 reasons this place is the best, Reason number 1, the big male security guard with a beautiful beard, he’s amazing And reason number 2, the lady who works there who is a bit older but covered in tattoos she’s a G

I come in here at least twice a week and it's a 50/50 chance that the price of your item is wrong on the till compared to the tag on the shelf. Very inconvenient having to ask someone to change the price when you're trying to complete your transaction.

Can't understand for a large store there is no provision to recycle soft plastics such as bread bags. Asked at customer service and told only provision is for carrier bags. Also noticed the recycle box for print cartridges has gone as well. Why does Asda put on their packaging instructions to recycle at store when no provision is made? Sorry Asda you should be ashamed. Look at your local rivals, they do. So why can't you?

a supervisor today made us feel very uncomfortable, a member of staff who was serving us asked for her help and the way she spoke to him was so disgusting and then pulling faces and whispering about him to another staff member, so horrible to see. the member of staff did not deserve to be treated like that, shame on the women supervisor being so rude to him

What has happened to this store? 5 recent visits and half the store is empty on each trip. I would have thought with Aldi opening across the road, Asda would have stepped up on availability and pricing. I am in disbelief that a giant like asda can no longer compete with the other multiples. Sorry Asda, but you have lost a loyal customer here.

It's a supermarket full of people, which is never that pleasant. Most staff are friendly and helpful, good range of products with good availability. The multitude of cages being used for shelf stacking whilst you try to shop is a personal irritation, as is the customers who park in the emergency bay in front of the store, and the kids smoking weed outside the entrance.

Big, clean, convince superstore. You can find good price discount. But no good choice for fruits and vegetables.
