Used to come here often - a couple of years ago. Bought a kitchen off them. Great furniture, good quality. Great service. Popped in yesterday for one reason and another....what a shame: The place needs a spring clean. Cobwebs in every area, dead flies, dust. In the kitchen at the far end there are rows of drinking glasses - haven't been cleaned since they opened, I imagine. Glass vases covered in years of dust and grime? The glass/acrylic panels in the roof of a couple of the display rooms were beginning to deteriorate (externally) then - yesterday it seems they have completely failed now. It's as if management have completely overlooked this aspect of the customer facing showroom. It detracts from the otherwise quality pieces on display. Head office needs a heads up - I suggest.

Ordered a lovely table for my kitchen which arrived packaged and the delivery chap recommended not to unpack it until I then took it to the Isle of Man as it would be protected for its journey then. Upon arrival three months later we discovered the table top was damaged. They wouldn’t deal with me over it because we had nullified their guarantee by taking it to the Isle of Man from Warrington. Covered it with a glass top in the end. As well as the damage the table top has warped and is a clear wagon wheel too low on one side but just a Kit Kat on the other! See photos pictures provided. I’m afraid I find it hard to recommend this company to anybody.

Discovered this store about 5 years ago when we bought our kitchen. Have since bought many furniture items, soft furnishings and ornaments. All have been excellent quality. You get what you pay for... The staff in Chester are very friendly and helpful, cannot fault them. Neptune in Southport is also fabulous, and is run by the same lovely family.

Very upmarket furniture store you'd be forgiven for missing as you drive by. Staff a bit standoffish but quality and stylish furniture for those who don't mind paying a fair bit more than average.
