I had an outstanding experience with Richard. From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and truly committed to delivering excellent service. Richard listened carefully to my concerns, responded promptly to all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and with care.
Visited Aintree store on 12 November to enquire about a power ottoman bed I'd seen on the website and to ask if they had a colour/material swatch. One member of staff was busy with customers, 2 were sitting talking to each other and I saw another who had a tablet and decided to ask them. They were very unhelpful, I couldn't remember the name of the bed but knew there was only a couple on the website, they said they needed to know the name and were offhand. They did understand which kind of bed I was describing but didn't even try to look on the tablet for them- if they had I could have pointed it out. Was upset with their attitude towards me, so just i said it didn't matter and left.....they lost a sale, as I went to another retailer and bought a bed from them. Do not recommend this store at all!
We found this experience to be a pleasant one. Choosing what we wanted was easy because we were not pressured by store staff, yet they were very attentive once needed and always ready to assist. Leighton filled out our request very efficiently and professionally, giving advise as needed and not trying to push unnecessary costs onto us. The cappuccino he made us was delicious too! Can't wait to receive our new suite before Christmas, as promised! I'll update in due course.
Staff are so lovely and approachable! Ready to help if needed but also give space if not ready. Great variety of items, just purchased our sofa. :)
Disgusting customer service. We ordered the loose scatter cushions and instead on delivery we realised they sent the formal back sofa. I rang Graeme the salesman we dealt with, only to find out he wrote the order down wrong in the first place. He then said we would have to pay to change the order!! And then told me someone would ring me back to discuss in a couple of days. Needless to say, nobody has called two weeks later!! Absolutely disgusting service and I will never use this vile company again and will not be recommending them to anyone. I will be taking this further. Disgusted....do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.
Everything under one roof. Staff was more than helpful. Range of products was brilliant. We found what we wanted and after speaking to someone, we got the colour too. A few extras thrown in and we got our dream suite ❤️ Thank you and the complimentary coffee was so good.
Great selection and knowable staff
Huge store with enty on display for all budgets. After getting the choice down to 2 styles, a sales chap by the name of Paul came and helped us with the final decision. Paul was fantastic. Honest patient and extremely helpful. No pressure at all and nothing was too much trouble. Look forward to receiving the items end of May. Many thanks and would definitely recommend.
The service I have recieved by DFS I Rate 10 out of 10 Plus I highly recommend any one to put there Trust in there hands Also the Laydes and Gentlemen that work at DFS are a Gem!!!.
