   Very poor customer service and very bad experience overall. £200 Product ordered online, returned because it was small. Return confirmed in Yodel and in the North Face tracking systems but North Face refuse to issue a refund because they ‘can’t find the product’. I feel that I’ve been robbed, only choice is to dispute through my bank..avoid at all costs

   A member of staff named Estelle in the Meadowhall branch helped myself and husband with his coat purchase. Very very helpful, had a lot of knowledge about the various coats and was just overall a lovely person! Great experience in the store! Would therefore have no hesitation in returning!

   Do not buy anything from here unless you’re absolutely sure you want it. Purchased something for my partner which was the wrong style, tried to return it at another North Face store and they advised I couldn’t as the Meadowhall north face is a franchise store. The only place I can return the item to is the Meadowhall north face direct. Nothing on the receipt to state this either. Really poor service considering north face have such a good reputation. Reluctant to purchase from them again considering they leave major details out like this.

   I bought shorts, went to the pool. After going down the slide, the shorts melted at the seam due to friction, I suspect nylon threads. A hole was melted, shorts in the garbage. And I have a wound on my lower back. I do not recommend. I was expecting something more from this company, be careful what you buy baby and what you wear it with.

   I called in a couple of days ago to buy some gloves. I also had a north face item that needed to be posted back to the warehouse. The lady that served me was so helpful. She could have just told me to sort out the parcel myself but instead she went above and beyond to print the label, seal the parcel and attach the label. Such a helpful member of staff, thank you very much.

   Will not purchase anything from them again. Brought some boots at Meadow Hall, but after a week still rubbed and was refused a return/refund. Reason given was they where not resellable.
